The Catella Property Group is a leading advisor in European property markets. Our 250 employees work in 22 offices in 12 countries. Our parent company Catella AB in Stockholm, Sweden, was founded in 1987.
Over the past five years, Catella Property Group acted as advisor in property transactions in Europe with a value of approximately EUR 50 billion.
Every one of our country companies is directed by local entrepreneurs. They are experienced experts in their field and have in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. At the same time, our international network supports cross-border cooperation, ensuring direct access to the international know-how of our group companies across Europe.
Unlike many other firms, Catella maintains no separate department for international procedures. We simply talk with one another to find the best cooperative solutions.
